This fabulous scenic walk or run (10 km or 21 km options) meanders through the leafy vineyard village of Martinborough. The course affords stunning views of the terrace edge, river valleys and vineyards surrounding Martinborough. Around 2000 entrants enjoy anything from a stroll to a half-marathon run, stopping here and there to samples wines and taste from baskets of grapes and watermelons. The camaradarie is legendary, and many liven up the day with creative costumes and crazy fancy dress.

All proceeds go to the local Martinborough School whose parents and children actively support this event as hard-working volunteers.
